Hayfever is an allergy to pollens. Your body, and other hayfever sufferers, have an extreme immun reaction to pollen – which leads to runnny nose, red eyes – well, you know the symptoms! not much fun in spring, I guess?

      Oh, poor you lucyja 🙁

I don’t get it but my boyfriend’s got it pretty bad at the moment… the pollen levels are very high at the moment so I bet you’re suffering with it bad right now.

The symptoms of hay fever occur when the immune system overreacts to pollen. When the body comes into contact with pollen, cells in the lining of the nose, mouth and eyes release a chemical called histamine. This triggers the symptoms of an allergic reaction. If you have anti-histamines that you can buy from shops then this helps reduce your symptoms.

      Don’t worry… it won’t last forever 🙂

I get it too, it is rubbish!

It is probably an over reaction to pollen or a seed of some description. You can take anti histamines for it, which calm down the over reaction you are having. They work pretty well.
