      Difficult one!

Darwin with exolution was great – Marie Curie did a fantastic job at a time when women in science weren’t taken seriously and Stephen Hawking is proably the most brilliant scientist alive today.

Who would you say is the greatest scientist of all time?

      Hiya conn206! 🙂

I’d say Marie Curie. She was an amazing lady. She discovered some new elements and was instrumental in her work with X-rays. She even invented the first form of chemotherapy to treat cancers.

Sadly, what she worked on, killed her. She had been irradiated by so many xrays that she literally died for her science.

      Hi Conn,

Me! No, sadly not. I think there have been some amazing scientists. Isaac Newton and Galileo have to come close to the top of the list though.
