In physics it is widely reputed to be Ed Witten although I expect Grigori Perelman comes a close second – he has the distinction of solving a Maths problem that has been around for over a 100 hundred years – The PoincarĂ© conjecture – and then turn down the $1 million prize…

I would have to say my Dad.
He’s brill.
He left school with no qualifications and before he semi-retired, he ran his own very sucessful business. He taught me common sense is better than any GCSEs and A Levels.
