      Mmm!
      Apparently I’m a bit mad (according to my lab mates!), but always cheerful.

      As a scientist you can’t get too downhearted when things go wrong – when you are doing something for the first time things do go wrong – the main thing is to work out why and try again!

      I’m pretty tenacious too – if something doesn’t work, i’ll keep trying until it does (or someone else says to stop!)

      Mostly, I’m just interested in things and how they work – an enquiring mind
