• Question: If you fell through a cloud would it start raining?

      I don’t think so – mind you you might not be very well if you had been above the cloud layer.

      Nah, planes fly through clouds all the time and it doesn’t start raining. It only rains when the clouds become saturated. 🙂

      I went up in a hot air balloon once and went through some low cloud and it didn’t happen then.

      I have walked through a cloud (on a mountain, not in mid air!) and it is just very humid and foggy! It did not actually start raining. I think for it to rain, big water droplets have to start precipitating together.
