Hiya Georgia! Yeah, I think we will but at the moment, it’ll take us ages. I mean about a third of our lifetime and who wants to be stuck on a ship going to Pluto for 25 years? You’ve got to come back too, remember! That’s a long research project 🙂

Hopefully we’ll develop machines which will get us there quicker. I just found this quote

”With a solar sail, said craft would reach Pluto in “less than five years. In comparison, the New Horizons mission to Pluto, using chemical propulsion and a gravity-assist from Jupiter, is planned to take nine years to reach its target”

      That’s a bit quicker 🙂

      Hi Georgia,

I know that I won’t! I am not sure that people will ever get to Pluto, because I don’t think there is much on Pluto that we need. So I am not sure why we would want to go to all the effort of getting there!
