• Question: If you could do anything in the world right now, what would it be?

      It’s so hot in my office right now that I would travel to the North Pole for a bit to cool down. I know teleportation of humans hasn’t been invented yet so if I had to pick something I could physically do, it would be to advise the government about science issues. We had the budget yesterday and science spending will be cut 🙁

      I would give decent healthcare to third world countries – that would make a massive difference

      Scientifically – get nuclear fusion to work – this would provide us with unlimited clean energy.

      Hi BiologyBrain,

      I would love a holiday! I have been working quite hard, with IAS2010, and finishing up in my job in Scotland getting ready for my new job in America. I would love a few days off!
